Payment Authorization Agreement:

I authorize Payment Resolution Partners (PRP) to charge my provided payment method for the amount specified. I confirm that I am the authorized user of the payment method provided.

I understand and agree that this payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to disputes with the third party for which this payment is made. Any disputes regarding the invoice or the payment must be resolved directly with the company specified in this form, and not with Payment Resolution Partners. PRP is not responsible for addressing any disputes or providing refunds.

I acknowledge that this payment is for an outstanding invoice owed to the company specified in this form. PRP is acting as an authorized agent on behalf of this company to collect payment. I understand that this payment does not entitle me to any goods or services from PRP and is strictly for settling a balance with the third party.

By submitting this payment, I release PRP and the company receiving payment from any further claims regarding the amount specified in this payment. This payment will be considered as a final and complete settlement of the specified invoice.

I confirm that I owe the amount specified on the invoice and agree that payment of this amount will clear my outstanding balance as agreed upon with the company to which payment is owed.

If paying by credit/debit card, I agree to an additional 3% processing fee, which will be added to the specified payment amount.

I acknowledge that PRP complies with all relevant payment processing regulations and that I am legally responsible for ensuring the validity of the payment provided.

I agree to indemnify and hold PRP harmless from any loss, damages, or claims arising from this payment, including any disputes or chargebacks with my bank or payment provider. If a chargeback is initiated, I understand that it does not absolve me of my responsibility to pay the outstanding amount owed, and PRP reserves the right to recover the full balance, including any fees, through all available legal means.

I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy provided by PRP, outlining how my personal and payment information will be used and stored.
